Charli Girl, We used to make these every October! We'd always make a second batch, because we ate them all to fast. They are crispy, salty and ooh so good.

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1 Tbspmelted butter

2 cunwashed pumpkin seeds

2 tspjohnny's seasoning salt
How To Make mommy and charli's famous roasted pumpkin seeds

1Clean out your Pumpkin, Add seeds to a big bowl and pull out stringy stuff, but Do not rinse; the orange pumpkin gives it flavor.

2Add 1 TBS of Vegetable oil and 1 TBS Melted Butter to the sheet pan, Arrange seeds in a single layer onto a cookie sheet, spread around, mixing them in with the Butter/oil combination. Add Seasoning Salt.

3Bake at 325 Degrees for 22 to 25 minutes turning have way through. they should be golden, not burnt. Place in a Tupperware or baggies. and Enjoy! Have some for me too! ;)
