2In a saucepan over medium heat, add a little bit of water before placing a bowl on top making sure the bottom doesn’t touch the water.
-
3When it starts simmering, add 6 ounces of chopped chocolate, reduce the heat to medium-low and stir often until melted.
-
4Add the remaining 2 ounces of chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
-
5On a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, spoon on melted chocolate and spread it out evenly with the back of the spoon to form rounds, about 1 ½ to 2-inches in diameter.
-
6Working quickly before the chocolate cools off, add the toppings of your choice and press them down gently to adhere to the surface.
-
