Ingredients For mediterranean pizza

1 jar(6 1/2 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained

1 pkg(6.5 oz.) pizza crust mix

1/4 cshredded parmesan cheese
-
8 slice(2 oz.) salami, quartered
-
1/2 csliced pitted ripe olives
-
1/2 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cchopped red onion
-
2plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

1 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 tspdried oregano leaves
How To Make mediterranean pizza

1Preheat oven to 425. Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Chop artichokes and set aside.

2Pepare pizza crust mix according to pkg directions. Place dough on greased 14-in. pizza pan. Pat out dough with fingers to edge of pan. Lightly brush dough with small amount of artichoke marinade. Bake 8 minutes; remove from oven. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese; top with salami, artichokes, olives, bell peppers and onion. Cover with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with oregano.

3Bake 13-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve.
