Ingredients For masala pepitas

  • 1 c
    raw, shelled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 tsp
    melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make masala pepitas

    Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey. Add pumpkin seeds, spices, and salt and mix to thoroughly coat.
