1/4 cpackaged cake mix, any kind

2 tspwater

1 tspchocolate chips (optional)
How To Make kim's easy, quick cake in a cup

1Put (any flavor) cake mix in cup, understanding that it will rise a little when cooked.
Be aware that the size of cup will affect exactly how much cake mix to use, baking time,etc., so experimentation may be needed. -
2Mix water into cakemix in very small amounts at a time. Do not put too much water into the mix, as that will affect the quality of your "cup" cake.It should be the consistency of regular cake batter.
(Optional) If you choose put a very few (about a teaspoon) of chocolate chips into the cup also. -
3Microwave ovens very in cooking times. Mine completes it's cooking time for this in about 50 seconds to one minute. But your microwave might be different,so carefully experiment. This makes a great latenight snack, satisfies a craving and you don't have to bake a whole cake!
(Hint-Just keep a pkg of cake mix closed tight in the freezer for when your cup cake need hits!) - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
