Jhaal moorhi or bhel poori is a street snack in many parts of India and changes its texture and ingredients across states. I am providing you the simplest of the form with the most basic ingredients. You will get this in abundance in Mumbai, the financial capital of India and also in most of Eastern Indian states. It’s healthy and weight watchers here do care for the snack quite a lot.

    roasted pea nuts
  • 1/4 c
    onion (chopped)

    fresh cilantro (chopped)

    olive oil, light
  • salt to taste
