Ingredients For hot bologna, mark's

  • 1
    ring bologna, cut into 2" cubes
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    water

How To Make hot bologna, mark's

  • 1
    Get a large glass jar. Cut the bologna into about 2 inch slices and put in jar. Add the peppers and salt. Mix white vinegar and water together. Pour over the bologna. Shake well. Place lid on jar and refrigerate for 2 days. Serve cold
