1 ccoconut oil (melted)

1/4 cnut butter (or cashew spread or abc spread was specified nut butter to keep vegan)

1 cagave nectar

100 galmond meal

100 gcoconut flour

1 tspvanilla essence (a dash was specified)

1 tspground cinnamon (or chili powder)
How To Make healthy chocolate

1Mix all of the ingredients together well and pour into a dish or mould and stick in the freezer for 20 minutes.

2Once set cut into bars or squares.

3Remember coconut oil melts when It gets warm, so best kept in the freezer or fridge.

4You can change or add ingredients to your tastes.
