Anyone who knows me knows that i'm a health nut. However, I'm a health nut with a relentless sweet tooth, so I am always looking for easy ways to please both sides. Not only is this recipe healthy (low calorie and nutritious), it's quick! 5 mins! Eat as is, or add to your favorite panini, waffle/pancake, or any other dish that you want to add baked apples without the extra sugar. I personally eat these with oatmeal or alone as a mid-morning snack. 80 calories never tasted so good!

Ingredients For guilt-free baked apple express

1 mdapple (i prefer gala apples)

1 pkgstevia

1-2 Tbspcinnamon, ground
How To Make guilt-free baked apple express

1Cut apple into 8 or 12 slices (like quarters).

2Place apple slices in a sandwich bag.

3Sprinkle 1 packet of Stevia (or Truvia, based on preference) into bag over apple slices.

4Coat slices with ground cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar).

5Shake bag contents until slices are coated.

6Remove and place slices on microwave safe dish and put in the microwave for 2-3 mins.
