Ingredients For granola bars

1 crolled oats (5 minute or old fashioned)

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 cnugget cereal(i use bear naked) or grape nuts

1/4 csunflower seeds
-
1/4 cnuts, chopped (whatever is on hand, i like almonds)

7 ozdried mixed fruit

1 tspcinnamon, ground
-
1egg
-
1/4 capplesauce, no sugar added

1/4 choney
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar

2 Tbspoil, canola or vegetable
How To Make granola bars

1Preheat oven to 325, and line a 9 inch baking dish with foil, spray with cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, add first 7 ingredients and mix. In a smaller bowl or glass measuring dish mix the next 5 ingredients and add to your dry mixture.

3Pour into baking dish and press. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, top will be brown. Variations: omit oil, and add more applesauce; use peanuts, peanut butter and chocolate chips; use only one dried fruit of your liking or any varity of nuts. I like that these are not to sweet some may prefer to add more sugar. Do what your family likes.
