  • seeds from 2-3 good size pumpkins
  • salt

    TAKE THE SEEDS FROM PUMPKINS AND WASH ALL PUMPKIN RESIDU OFF OF THEM. THEN LAY THEM [SPREADING THEM SO THEY DON'T TOUCH] ON PARCHMENT PAPER TO DRY ON. PROBLY OVER NITE.

    PLACE ALL DRY PUMPKIN SEEDS IN A MIXING BOWL AND SPRINKLE LIBERRALLY WITH SALT. ON COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER SPREAD OUT ALL PUMPKIN SEEDS. KEEPING AS MUCH SALT ON THERE FROM HANDLING. [OR U MAY SALT THEM AFTER PUT THEM ON THE COOKIE SHEET]

    PLACE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN FOR 10-15 MINS [350] WATCH SO THEY DON'T BURN. THEN REMOVE FROM OVEN AND PLACE IN A SNACK BOWL. ITS CHEAPER THAN BUYING THEM AT THE STORE AND IF U HAVE PUMPKINS WHY NOT!!!
