In addition to being yummy,avocadoes are good for you. About 75% of their calories come from monounsaturated fat. On a 100 gram basis, they have 35% more potassium (which helps regulate blood pressure) than bananas. They are rich in B vitamins, as well as vitamin E and vitamin K and have a high fiber content (75% insoluble and 25% soluble), and contain almost a quarter of the recommended daily amount of folate, a nutrient that contributes to heart health.     chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    salza
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
