Ingredients For gorditas

  • 1 pkg
    tortillas, flour
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    crisco vegetable oil

How To Make gorditas

  • 1
    Heat iron skillet with 1/2 cup of crisco veg. oil till med.hot mix 2 c.of grulated sugar with 2 tsp. of cinnamon together in a gallon size ziploc bag set aside fry flour tortillas by 1 in hot skillet of crisco veg. oil until brown on each side when golden brown, when each 1 is done transfer hot tortilla,flour to cinnamon and granulated sugar mixture coate real well and take out and put on a plate to cool when cooled put in an airtight container they will last 3-4 days if not sooner than that FROM BEING EATEN they r so good
