A different dip recipe....little bit of an Asian flavor. I prefer to enjoy fresh vegetables with this, but it's also good with pita chips.

1/4 cfresh parsley, minced

1/4 conion, finely chopped

1/4 cwater chestnuts, chopped

How To Make ginger snap dip

1Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

2Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

3Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
