1/2 call-purpose flour

3 lgeggs, beaten

1/2 cItalian seasoned breadcrumbs

1/2 cpanko breadcrumbs

1/2 cgrated Parmesan cheese

4 mdto large zucchini, cut into sticks

How To Make fried zucchini

1Set up 3 bowls. One with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one mixed with Italian breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper mixed together. Dip each zucchini stick in the flour, then in the eggs, and then in the breadcrumb mixture.

2Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a heavy Dutch oven or heavy skillet. Working in batches, fry the zucchini for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove to paper towels to drain any excess grease. Serve with warm marinara sauce, if you like.
