Ingredients For energy bars

1 crolled oats
-
1 cshredded coconut
-
1/3 csemi-sweet mini chocloate chips

1/4 cdried cherries

1/2 calmond butter
-
1/3 choney
How To Make energy bars

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add almond butter and honey. Mixture will be very thick.

3Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

4Place mixture on parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment on top and roll to desired thickness.

5Cut into bars. Place cookie sheet in freezer and freeze for 1 hour.(makes cutting much easier)

6Store in refrigerator.
