This fritters is crispy in the outside and tender inside. For more delicious flavor, use 1 tablespoon sriracha mix together with 1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce, become sweet and spicy dipping sauce. You can substitute fried shallot with chopped french fried onions.

How To Make corn fritters

1Combine and mix well all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2Let the batter rest in about 10 minutes.

3Heat the oil in heavy pot. Use a cookie scoop to drop fritter batter into hot oil, fry and flip once until light golden brown.
