Ingredients For coconut quicks

  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 7 oz
    sweetened coconut flakes
  • 12 slice
    white bread with crusts cut off

How To Make coconut quicks

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pour milk into a flat bowl.

    Cut bread into squares. Dip bread squares into the milk and then roll in coconut.

    Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in 400 degree oven till brown--about 12 minutes.
