Ingredients For cocktail onions

2 cpearl onions, blanched and peeled

3/4 cdistilled white vinegar

3/4 cwater

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 Tbspwhole mixed peppercorns

1/2 TbspHimalayan pink salt

1/8 tspred pepper flakes
How To Make cocktail onions

1Place peeled pearl onions in a sterilized sealable jar; set aside.

2In a saucepan, add all the remaining ingredients and stir until sugar and salt are dissolved. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.

3Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature before pouring it over the prepared onions.

4Transfer to the fridge and let sit for at least 10 days.
