This is a sweet treat, so I like to serve it with animal crackers. Mixes together in minutes! This dip is also excellent served with fresh strawberries. When doing so I use mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients For chocolaty chip cheesecake dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips, your choice milk chocolate or semi sweet
  • animal crackers or strawberries for dipping

How To Make chocolaty chip cheesecake dip

  • 1
    In a bowl beat softened cream cheese and butter until creamy.

    Add powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla and beat until well blended.

    With a spoon fold in the chocolate chips.
    Place in a dish and cover.
    Refrigerate dip until serving.

    Dip will soften after it sets out a bit for easy dipping. Animal crackers taste great!
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Will keep for 5 days.

    ***This dip is delicious served with fresh strawberries. I recommend using mini chocolate chips for this.
