Make this every year at Christmas! This is my Mother- in- Laws recipe from the 1950's. Very good and very easy. You can melt chocolate chips and paraffin in Microwave if you choose to.

Ingredients For chocolate peanut butter balls

  • CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
  • 1 box
    confectioner sugar
  • 2 1/4 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 melted stick
    margarine
  • 1 Small jar
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 16 oz. pkg
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 sheet
    paraffin

How To Make chocolate peanut butter balls

    Melt margarine and mix all of the above except Chocolate chips and paraffin together in a large bowl.

    When mixed well form small balls.
  • 3
    Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in a double boiler. Once the chocolate and paraffin has melted Dip the balls one at a time . in the chocolate mixture. Remove and place on parchment or waxed paper to cool. Store in a cool place or they can be frozen.
