Ingredients For cabbage crisps

1savoy cabbage head

1 Tbspcoconut oil

1 tspground black pepper

1 Tbsplinseed/flax seed
How To Make cabbage crisps

1Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.

2Wash the cabbage leaves and cut into small pieces.

3Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with the coconut oil, pepper and linseed.

4Bake for 20 minutes (until nice and crispy) then serve.
