Ingredients For cabbage crisps

    savoy cabbage head
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    linseed/flax seed

How To Make cabbage crisps

    Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.
  • 2
    Wash the cabbage leaves and cut into small pieces.
  • 3
    Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with the coconut oil, pepper and linseed.
  • 4
    Bake for 20 minutes (until nice and crispy) then serve.
