Make these quick and easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps bursting with spicy flavor and crunch. They are made with buffalo sauce, ready-cooked rotisserie chicken breasts, shredded romaine, thin slices of red onion, shredded carrots, and shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese all drizzled with your favorite bottled ranch or bleu cheese dressing.

Ingredients For buffalo chicken wrap

  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • ½ c
    hot sauce (franks)
  • 2 c
    diced cooked chicken
  • kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 ½ c
    shredded romaine
  • ¼ c
    thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ c
    shredded carrots
  • ½
    shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese
  • ½ c
    ranch or bleu cheese dressing
  • 4
    large flour tortilla wraps

How To Make buffalo chicken wrap

    Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the hot sauce stirring in until well combined and heated through. Stir in the chicken until heated through. Season with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.

    Lay out the tortillas and to each add some shredded romaine, 1/4 of the red onion, 1/4 of the shredded carrot, 1/4 of the buffalo chicken, and 1/4 of the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese.

    Drizzle with a little ranch or bleu cheese and top with a little more romaine. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll up tightly burrito style. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
