4 Tbspolive oil

1 lbbeef skirt steak

2celery stalks

1/2 csliced red onion

1/4 cchopped fresh flat leaf parsley

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1/4 csour cream
-
1 Tbspgrated horseradish

1/2 ccrumbled blue cheese

4romaine lettuce leaves

8pretzel slider rolls, split through middle, then halved
How To Make bloody mary steak pretzel blitz

1Thoroughly mix tomato juice, vodka, 1-teaspoon salt, 1-teaspoon pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 4-tablespoon olive oil together in a large bowl. Add the flank steak. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.

2Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and wipe the excess liquid off with paper towels. Grill or pan sear both sides, then lower heat to medium and cook to medium rare.

3Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine the celery, onions, parsley, vinegar, sour cream, horseradish and Blue Cheese.

4Assemble each Steak Pretzel Blitz by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom of each roll. Top with steak slices and Blue Cheese Sauce and roll lid. So fun for football lovers!
