kashi berry cereal bars
This is a bar I came up with. Each bar contains about 2 g of fiber, 120 cal and 4 g of fat per bar. Nutrition calculated with yogurt chips. Without yogurt chips. They are 100 cal and only 3 g of fat per bar. They curb my sweet tooth and they are satisfying. Great snack before exercise. Yummy dessert bar! They also make a great on the go breakfast.

Ingredients For kashi berry cereal bars

2 ckashi berry crisp cereal
-
1/2 crolled oats
-
1/4 csunflower seeds
-
1 csliced almonds
-
1 c14 ounces low fat condensed milk1/4

1/4 cyogurt chips optional

1/4 cdried berries optional
How To Make kashi berry cereal bars

1Foil line and grease a 9 x 13” pan

2Mix all ingredients in a large bowl together.

3Press mixture into the greased foil lined pan

4Bake in 325° oven for 20 -25 min. Peel off

5Remove from oven. Cool five minutes. Cut into 24 bars. Let bars continue to cool. Peel off foil from bars.

6Remove bars from pan. I like to keep them in individual baggies for snacking.
