This is a bar I came up with. Each bar contains about 2 g of fiber, 120 cal and 4 g of fat per bar. Nutrition calculated with yogurt chips. Without yogurt chips. They are 100 cal and only 3 g of fat per bar. They curb my sweet tooth and they are satisfying. Great snack before exercise. Yummy dessert bar! They also make a great on the go breakfast.

Ingredients For kashi berry cereal bars

  • 2 c
    kashi berry crisp cereal
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/4 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1 c
    sliced almonds
  • 1 c
    14 ounces low fat condensed milk1/4
  • 1/4 c
    yogurt chips optional
  • 1/4 c
    dried berries optional

How To Make kashi berry cereal bars

    Foil line and grease a 9 x 13” pan
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl together.

    Press mixture into the greased foil lined pan
  • 4
    Bake in 325° oven for 20 -25 min. Peel off
  • 5
    Remove from oven. Cool five minutes. Cut into 24 bars. Let bars continue to cool. Peel off foil from bars.

    Remove bars from pan. I like to keep them in individual baggies for snacking.
