Ingredients For almond cherry bars

2 cold-fashioned oats

1/3 calmond butter
-
1/4 choney
-
1 1/2 Tbspcoconut oil

1 tspalmond extract
-
1 lgegg white
-
1/2 croasted almonds, chopped

1/2 cdried cherries, chopped
How To Make almond cherry bars

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Line 8" square baking pan with parchment paper.

3Spread oats onto baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until toasted. Place in medium bowl; cool.

4Place almond butter, honey and coconut oil in microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds until warm. Whisk until smooth.

5Whisk almond extract and egg white into almond butter.

6Add almonds and dried cherries to oats.

7Pour almond butter over oat mixture. Stir until well combined.

8Press firmly into prepared pan.

9Bake 20 to 22 minutes until lightly browned.

10Cool in pan 15 minutes.

11Remove from pan, then cool completely on wire rack.

12Cut into bars.
