Well, my husband has started a program called P90X and I have been given several cookbooks that he wants me cooking from so I picked out this snack to make for him today. It is a powerhouse snack that is packed with protein and will give you a boost of energy too. Hope you enjoy this healthy snack.

Ingredients For tony horton's sticky bars

1/2 mdsized banana

1/4 cchunky peanut butter(organic and natural, without hydrogenated oils) or natural almond butter

1 cunsweetened granola

wax paper
How To Make tony horton's sticky bars

1Mix and mash the peanut butter, banana and granola in a bowl until it is well blended. (Almond butter adds extra protein and a unique flavor to the bar.)

2Spoon mixture onto the wax paper. Roll it up as a log and freeze. At least 2 hours.
