Ingredients For sugar coated pecans

1 lbpecans, halved

1egg white
-
1 Tbspwater

1 csugar

1 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make sugar coated pecans

1Whip egg white and water together. Pour over pecans to moisten.

2Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon, add to moistened pecans.

3Grease sides and bottom of sheet cake pan, I use parchment paper.

4Place pecans in pan and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir often or at 10 minute intervals. Cool and store in airtight container.
