Ingredients For sugar coated pecans

  • 1 lb
    pecans, halved
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make sugar coated pecans

  • 1
    Whip egg white and water together. Pour over pecans to moisten.
  • 2
    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon, add to moistened pecans.
  • 3
    Grease sides and bottom of sheet cake pan, I use parchment paper.
  • 4
    Place pecans in pan and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir often or at 10 minute intervals. Cool and store in airtight container.
