i'm really not nuts about pecans, but these are very good and are a smash for parties. pretty easy too.

Ingredients For spiced pecans

  • 2 c
    pecan halves
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 6 Tbsp
    evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make spiced pecans

  • 1
    Mix all the ingredients exept for pecans in saucepan. Cook until it forms a soft ball. (usually for me that's a medium heat rolling boil for 4 minutes.) Stir constantly.

    Remove from heat and add pecans. Stir with a fork to coat all pecans.

    Pour onto wax paper and separate with a fork.
