This is a great energy boost in the morning or afternoon. I try to eat a high protein diet and these are great.My daughter gave it to me and my friends to try and my friends all loved it for a snack.

Ingredients For protein peanut butter balls

  • 1 cup of quick oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make protein peanut butter balls

    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

    Place in fridge for 1/2 hour

    roll into balls an freeze.Take out when ready to pack in lunch or as a anytime snack.I store mine in a snack bag in the freezer and take them with me when I go anywhere.
