This is a great energy boost in the morning or afternoon. I try to eat a high protein diet and these are great.My daughter gave it to me and my friends to try and my friends all loved it for a snack.

1 cup of quick oatmeal

2/3 cup toasted coconut

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

2Place in fridge for 1/2 hour

3roll into balls an freeze.Take out when ready to pack in lunch or as a anytime snack.I store mine in a snack bag in the freezer and take them with me when I go anywhere.
