Ingredients For peppered pecans

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    pecan halves

How To Make peppered pecans

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In small skillet melt butter. Add garlic, tabasco sauce and salt; cook 1 minute. Toss pecans with butter mixture. Spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp, stirring occasionally. Makes 3 cups.
