peanut butter & fruit rolls

I was at Walmart and one of their food demos was this little roll. They were advertising the Skippy PB. She said it didn't have a name so this is what I am calling it. But dang it is to good not to share with y'all. I will list the brands she used although I didn't use the same PB ( Photo is my own)

Ingredients For peanut butter & fruit rolls

  • for each roll you will need:
  • 1
    flatout flatbread wrap
  • 2
    sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 c
    blueberries
  • 2 tsp
    skippy peanut butter ( i used store brand)
  • 1/4 c
    granola ( i used cascadian farms organic, oats and honey granola) that is the brand the demo worker used

How To Make peanut butter & fruit rolls

    Spread peanut butter on flatbread
  • 2
    Line strawberries and blueberries to one side then top with granola.

    Starting with the fruit side roll up then slice into half. **** I made another one for lunch and added sliced bananas on it****
