I have merged two recipes. One from my sister and one I found on the internet. hope you will try this and add your own flare to and share it with us!! As with every recipe, it is hit & miss until the final "CAAAABOOM" when the flavor just explodes in your mouth!!!

Ingredients For old-fashoined roasted pecans

6-8 cpecans, halved

1egg white
-
1 Tbspwater
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cwhite sugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspsalt
How To Make old-fashoined roasted pecans

1Heat oven to 325 degrees.

2Beat together egg, sugars, cinnamon & salt.

3Place egg mixture in large container (with lock-tight lid) with pecans & coat pecans.

4Spread coated pecans on baking pan and bake at 325 for at least 30 minutes. Turn pecans after 15 minutes and monitor the progress!!

5Pecans can be frozen and stored for 3 months or so
