I love seasoned pecans, and the easier the recipe the better! This is one of those easy ones, and really good!

4 Tbspunsalted butter

1/2 csugar

2 tspginger, ground
How To Make megan's ginger pecans

1Melt butter in skillet. Add pecans and toast over moderate heat, about 4 min. Combine sugar and ginger in a bowl, and dump all at a time in the pan. Do not allow sugar to melt, stir until pecans are covered, about 1 min. Cool on cookie sheet.

2I doubled the sugar and ginger, and it was a little too much. Next time I make this I will use 1 1/2 of them instead. I also think a combination of ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg would be good, or any individually. If using the combination, 3/4 c sugar and maybe 1 tsp of each spice? It is up to your personal taste.
