Ingredients For maple nut spread

1/3 craisins or craisins

1/2 lbfirm tofu
-
1/2 cpure maple syrup

1 Tbsptahini
-
2 tspall purpose flour

1/2 cvery hot water
-
1/4 cvanilla soy yogurt

1/2 tspground cinnamon
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 tspmaple extract

1/3 cchopped walnuts
How To Make maple nut spread

1Place raisins in a small bowl and pour the hot water over them; set aside. Place remaining ingredients, except the raisins and nuts in a blender or food processor. Blend well, scrape down sides if necessary.

2Drain raisins and chop into small pieces or chop in blender. Add raisins and nuts to the tofu mixture and blend well.

3Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Mixture will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days or so.
