These are easy to make. Use them for cake decorations, for a charcuterie board, salad, cereal topper, etc.

Ingredients For maple glazed walnuts

  • 1 c
    walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp
    good quality maple syrup
  • 1 pinch
    Fleur de Sel

How To Make maple glazed walnuts

    In a skillet over medium heat, add walnuts, maple syrup, and salt.
  • 2
    Stirring often, cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until syrup starts to caramelize and coats the nuts.

    Remove from the heat and spread the walnuts evenly in a single layer on a small baking sheet. Allow to cool completely before transferring them to the fridge for 2 hours.

    Later on, take the tray out of the fridge and release the nuts from the bottom before returning them back to the fridge. Repeat a few times until they no longer stick on the baking sheet.
