These nuts are so good. Great to have with cocktails. Sometimes when they are almost finished cooking and in the last minute of cooking,I add a pinch of dried rosemary (watch out a very little goes a long way) or a pinch of dried thyme. Then sometimes when they get spread on the baking sheet I dust them with finely grated parmesan cheese....YUM

Ingredients For fancy seasoned nuts

3 cunsalted, roasted nuts (use your favorite kind)

1/2 stickbutter

2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 pinchcayenne pepper
-
1/4 tspkosher salt
-
1 pinchcracked black pepper & cinnamon

1/2 tspeach, garlic & onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika

3 dashhot sauce
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
How To Make fancy seasoned nuts

1In large skillet, melt butter, add brown sugar,hot sauce,soy sauce, worchester sauce & the seasonings, stir until butter is melted. Add stirring well to completely coat them.

2Cook for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly or until sugar is melted and nuts are turning golden brown. Taste one of the nuts (be VERY careful the nuts and coating are hot)... you are just checking the seasonings (they should be slightly salty/spicy). If they need more salt or cayenne just add a tiny bit more.

3Remove to a parchment lined baking sheet to cool. When cool, place in bowls.. Enjoy
