A good appetizer for the holidays.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Have you ever walked into a fancier restaurant or a bar and found candy-coated nuts out for snacking? This drunken nuts recipe recreates them. Only you can make these for the holidays at a fraction of the price it would cost if buying them. The pecans have a sweet candy coating layer that's infused with whiskey. The alcohol cooks off, but what's left behind is a deep, smoky flavor. These nuts can sit on a table as a snack or make a wonderful homemade holiday gift.
