Fall time reminds me of Pecans, my favorite nut. Our family orginally came from a small town famous for their large harvest of Pecan. This is a great treat or appetizer for the fall season. You may want to make a double recipe as it goes really fast. Enjoy!

Ingredients For cinnamon sugar pecans

2 cpecan halves

1egg white
-
1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 Tbspground cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon sugar pecans

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees

2Mix egg white and pecans until nuts are completely coated

3Mix well sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans

4Stir until nuts are evenly coated wtih sugar/cinnamon mixture and then spread on ungreased baking sheet.

5Bake for 30 minutes and then remove to a dish to cool and enjoy!
