Our family loves to snack on these warm, crunchy pecans on Thanksgiving while we're waiting for the turkey to get done!

Ingredients For cinnamon glazed pecans

  • 1 lb
    shelled pecan halves
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make cinnamon glazed pecans

    In large bowl, whip egg whites and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix until well coated.

    In a separate bowl combine cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Add to pecan mixture and mix again until well coated.

    Spread in an even layer on a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
