Ingredients For cashew-honey butter

    dry roasted cashews
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make cashew-honey butter

    Place cashews in container of an electric blender; process at low speed, until finely chopped, stopping once to scrape down sides.

    Add oil and honey; process at high speed, until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve on crackers, bread, or bagels. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Makes 3/4 cup.
