Ingredients For candied vanilla pecans

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups pecans

How To Make candied vanilla pecans

    Preheat over to 275.
  • 2
    Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

    Beat egg white until it forms stiff peaks.

    Add half of brown sugar into egg whites and beat until combined. Add the rest of brown sugar and vanilla combine thoroughly.

    Fold in pecans and stir until coated.

    Pour coated pecans onto cookie sheet and separate and much as possible.

    Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
