This came from my oldest son who also makes them every holiday. This is a great treat starting at Thanksgiving and goes clear till Christmas. Its a great Holiday snack and a great jar gift if you like to give homemade treats.

Ingredients For candied pecans

  • 1 Tbsp
    beaten egg white
  • 2 c
    whole pecans
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make candied pecans

  • 1
    Beat egg whites till foamey. Add pecans & stir till well coated. Combine sugar & cinnamon together. Sprinkle sugar mixture over pecans and toss till covered completely. Spread on a non stick baking sheet single layer.

    Bake at 300 degrees till golden brown. (About 20 - 30 minutes)
