Ingredients For candied pecans

  • 1 c
    cold water
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 lb
    large pecan halves
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make candied pecans

  • 1
    Beat water and egg white until frothy. Mix well with pecans. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix with pecans. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Makes 2 cups.
