I was given a small container of raw almonds. To me they needed a little something. Butter makes everything better, right? So this is what I did, and they taste pretty good!

Ingredients For buttery almonds

1 to 1 1/4cups of raw almonds with skins

1 1/2tablespoons of butter

salt
How To Make buttery almonds

1Melt the butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. When the butter is all hot and bubbly add the almonds to the skillet.

2Stir the almonds to coat with the butter and keep them moving so they don't burn. After several minutes they will be browned and become fragrant.

3Spoon onto a plate with a layer of paper towels. Season with salt to your liking. When cool place in an air tight container.
