beth's trail mix

I threw this together years ago, when I was looking for a healthy snack. It's my version of trail mix. There is no baking/cooking at all. I mixed this recipe up recently because I am quitting smoking and I need to satisfy a raging sweet tooth and it has amazing crunch factor!! There are no exact amounts, go by what you like. This recipe has tons of fiber, tons of taste, antioxidents... you name it, I dare you not to like it, lol!

Ingredients For beth's trail mix

kashi go lean crunch cereal

almonds, whole i go with the salted kind (for a sweet and salty mix)

craisins/ pomegranate craisins/ blueberry craisins

dark chocolate covered raisins/yogurt covered raisins

1 tspcinnamon, ground
How To Make beth's trail mix

1Mix all of this together in a ziplock baggie or air tight container.
