Goes really good with summer sausage or just to snack on. I have included the basic recipe, you can experiment and add or take away spices to suit your taste buds. If you want a cracker that goes with chili, add chili seasoning....you get the idea *smiles*

Ingredients For seasoned crackers

1 boxsaltine crackers

1 pkgdry ranch dressing

1 1/2 ccanola oil

2 tspgreek seasoning (opt)

2 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspcrushed peppers

2 Tbspminced onions
How To Make seasoned crackers

1Place crackers in a gallon jar that has a seal tight lid.

2Mix all the seasonings into the oil.

3Drizzle the seasoned oil over the crackers.

4Place lid on jar. Rotate jar tossing the crackers around until evenly coated.

5Turn out onto a cookie sheet lined with paper towels and let sit for little bit so the crackers absorb the oil.

6Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
