Ingredients For salted caramel crackers

4 coyster crackers

3/4 cbutter

3/4 cbrown sugar

2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tspkosher salt
How To Make salted caramel crackers

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the oyster crackers evenly on the baking sheet.

3Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.

4Turn up the heat until the mixture begins to boil, stirring continuously for about 3 minutes while the mixture bubbles and gets lighter in color.

5Remove from the heat and quickly pour over the top of the oyster crackers. Gently mix until all the crackers are coated. Sprinkle with kosher salt.

6Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!!!
