1 pkgegg roll wrappers

3 Tbspolive oil

3 Tbspwater

3/4 tspgarlic salt

3/4 tspdried italian herb seasoning

1/4 to 1/2 tspground red pepper

parmesan cheese
How To Make quick crackers

1Cut each egg roll wrapper into 4 strips with kitchen shears. Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased baking sheets. Set aside.

2Preheat oven to 375. Combine olive oil,water,garlic salt, seasoning, and red pepper. Brush mixture onto each strip.

3Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese. Remove to wire rack to cool. Store in air tight container.
