Guilt-free crackers... Win Win!! Cheddar taste like Cheez-Its, but pepper jack and other cheese flavors work equally well. Adjust cheese to your taste!

    sargento ultra thin cheddar
  • pinch
    pink himalayan salt

How To Make keto cheez-it crackers

    Pre-heat oven to 300°.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Place 5-6 pieces of sliced cheese (cut into 9 pieces each) onto baking sheet, making mini crackers. Cut them to any size you’d like.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes and then pull them out of the oven to cool.

    Crackers must fully cool to crisp and setup properly.
